Fixed crash on delete by disabling delete button after it starts deleting. Thanks Toby in UK for reporting this! In a future version I will also add a progress bar during delete.

Also, improved reliability of scan of folders not included in the system indexer because some of these scans we're ending prematurely. FYI. Indexed folders can be scanned significantly faster than non-indexed folders. Folders included in Libraries (Documents, Pictures, Videos, Music) and in desktop folder are guaranteed to be indexed.
