Schedule Tweets to be sent periodically throughout the day or week. Choose send interval period, enabled weekdays, send window time during the day, and a maximum number of Tweets to send in a day. Also set a start date for each queue's schedule to create product launch marketing, etc.

Status Train supercharges your social media output. Create either an ordered queue where you control the send order, or a random queue where you want Tweets to be sent in any order.
Status Train does not require an online account (other than an active Twitter account) or monthly charges. As long as you're logged in (even while your PC is locked) your Tweets will be sent from your queues (active Internet connection required).
